The Neuron Family

Hello! My name is Maria Zamfir, I received my PhD in Neuroscience from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. My PhD project was focused on opioids and pain and I worked at the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI). During this time I also started the Neuron Family! Neurons are the cells that make up the brain! My goal is to share neuroscience concepts through cartoon neurons!
